Kathleen Lukin

Founder & Managing Consultant

Kathleen Lukin is a leadership development and organization effectiveness consultant who helps leaders and teams build the capabilities needed to thrive in complex, fast-changing environments. Her work focuses on developing the human systems that enable organizational performance, strengthening leadership, fostering team effectiveness, and creating cultures where accountability, trust, and continuous learning become part of how work gets done.

Drawing on more than 15 years of experience as both an internal and external consultant, Kathleen partners with executives, HR leaders, and leadership teams to design practical solutions that translate strategy into sustained organizational capability. Her experience spans consulting, private equity, government contracting, nonprofit organizations, consumer packaged goods, and energy, where she has led leadership development initiatives, executive team facilitation, organizational change efforts, performance management design, and enterprise learning strategies.

Kathleen's approach is grounded in the belief that organizational transformation begins with individual growth. She combines evidence-based leadership development with practical business acumen, helping leaders navigate complexity, strengthen relationships, and build high-performing teams that deliver measurable results. Whether coaching executives, facilitating strategic offsites, or designing enterprise-wide development programs, she focuses on creating lasting capability rather than one-time interventions.

Kathleen holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University's Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in French from Lawrence University. She has completed professional coach training through InviteChange and is pursuing Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentialing through the International Coaching Federation. She is certified in the Center for Creative Leadership's 360 Assessment Suite, DDI facilitation, MHS EQ-i 2.0, and Crucial Learning's SDI Core Strengths assessment.
