Her experience spans consulting, private equity, government contracting, nonprofit organizations, consumer packaged goods, and energy, where she has led leadership development initiatives, executive team facilitation, organizational change efforts, performance management design, and enterprise learning strategies.

Kathleen holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University's Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in French from Lawrence University. She has completed professional coach training through InviteChange and is pursuing Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentialing through the International Coaching Federation. She is certified in the Center for Creative Leadership's 360 Assessment Suite, DDI facilitation, MHS EQ-i 2.0, and Crucial Learning's SDI Core Strengths assessment.
