My approach is shaped by 15+ years as both an internal and external consultant, working alongside C-suite and HR leaders in high-pressure environments where results matter. I've seen firsthand what separates high-performing teams from the rest: not just technical skill, but the leadership capabilities that create clarity, build trust, and drive accountability.

My Journey

My path into organization development and learning was unconventional. I started my career working closely with executives in administrative and chief of staff roles; a formative partnership opportunity that had me wrestling with leadership challenges up close, understanding what executives are balancing, and taking initiative to create environments where teams could thrive.

That experience became my foundation. I learned to:

Since 2008, I've designed and delivered leadership development programs, team effectiveness interventions, and organizational systems across diverse industries, spanning Consulting, Private Equity, Government Contracting, Non-profit, CPG and Energy. From facilitating executive offsites to building enterprise-wide performance management systems, I bring both strategic thinking and hands-on expertise.
